Mercifully this game was never tense nor even in question. Miami may have been 3-0 but they still were the same crappy team wearing the same disgusting teal and orange uniforms featuring Flipper on the side of the helmets.
They have not won in Foxboro in a decade and they had zero chance of prevailing on Sunday.
It was the right time for the Pats to play a tomato can from the AFC Least division.
But a win is a win. And this was a WIN! Much needed to stop the tornado from wiping out the house that Brady built.
The good guys will prevail in the Thursday night made for Prime Time movie as well. The Colts are rebuilding and the final score will be much like what we just saw.
So ink New England in for 3-2 hearing into a Sunday night blockbuster with the Chiefs.
